Warm & Swiss Shower
Enjoy a spacious Swiss Shower in our Sauna Room for pre- and post-sauna cooling. High-flow water, ideal for hot/cold therapy without immersion.
Steam
As an extension of our custom built traditional finish sauna lives our 1-2 person steam room. Temperatures at 125F, steam in incredibly hydrating for the skin and has been clinically proven to reduce stress levels. We recommend Steam -> Dry Sauna -> Plunge —> Repeat
