Presenting a custom designed, hot rock, cedar sauna. Powered by a Humm 18kw heater, with an adjustable temperature range of 175-200'F. Semi private access to Swiss shower, and locker room. Enhance the experience with essential oils, dry scrub brush, electrolytes.
Cold Plunge Room
Custom oversized cold plunge pool: 38-42°F. Private changing room & shower included. Two tanks: one plunge pool, one ice bath. Share the dopamine rush or book sauna & cold plunge for privacy. Session time: 3-10 minutes.

Warm & Swiss Shower
Enjoy a spacious Swiss Shower in our Sauna Room for pre- and post-sauna cooling. High-flow water, ideal for hot/cold therapy without immersion.
Steam Room
As an extension of our custom built traditional finish sauna lives our 1-2 person steam room.
