What should I expect during my first visit to Fire & Ice X?
You’ll be greeted by our team and guided through how to rotate between the sauna, steam room, and cold plunge. No experience needed. Just show up ready to reset and recharge.
Do I need to bring anything with me?
A bathing suit/swim/athletic shorts, you may bring your own towel and water bottle, although we do provide additional towels and cups for water.
How long is a typical session?
All Access: We offer 60 minute All Access (75 min total appointment window), or 2 hour All Access (120 total appointment window)
Cold plunge only = 25 min appointment window.
What are the health benefits of contrast therapy?
The combination of heat and cold improves circulation, boosts immunity, speeds up recovery, reduces inflammation, and elevates mood. It’s used by top performers, athletes, and everyday wellness seekers alike.
Can I just do the cold plunge or sauna only?
Currently we do offer cold plunge as an option; but not sauna only.
Is it safe for beginners or people with medical conditions?
Absolutely — but we always recommend checking with your physician if you have any cardiovascular or medical concerns. Our staff can help you ease into the experience safely.
How often should I do contrast therapy?
Many members visit 2–4 times a week. Some even use it daily! Even a single session offers noticeable mental and physical benefits.
What’s included in the membership?
Our memberships include unlimited access to the sauna, cold plunge, steam room, and Swiss shower. You’ll also get early access to specials, events, and recovery education content.
What is the cold plunge sanitization processes?
Our cold plunge sanitation process incorporates a pool filtration system, a small amount of chlorine shock, and regular water changes based on usage.
