Wet & Dry
Our Sauna Suite offers a 2-3 person Steam Sauna, between 125 and 130 degrees F, a Traditional Dry Sauna, which can range between 185 - 200 (Inferno Evenings), and Swiss (or cool) Shower that allows for a refreshing rinse during breaks. Our Monthly Unlimited 1 hour All Access provides you 60 minutes of access to the facility to move between the above offerings at your leisure.

Traditional Red Cedar Dry Sauna: 185F
Custom created with the highest quality grade A Western Red Cedar, our traditional dry sauna provides an incredible ambiance to increase the efficacy of your sauna practice. Instead of a noisy gym, we believe that the set and setting of your sauna is as important as the heat. Speakng of heat, our Sauna offers 3 tiers of seating, with plenty of space to lay out

Cold Plunge Experiences
We offer two cold plunge experiences. We have custom fabricated a deep well full immersion cold plunge pool. At 4 feet deep, 5 feet long, and 3 feet wide, this plunge is large enough for anyone to fully submerge. This Cold Plunge tank will be set between 47 and 50 degrees F. Couples can even use this plunge together! Additionally, we will provide an Ice Trough, full of a slushy ice mixture closer to 35F.
