We offer 2 levels of Membership Unlimited Access & Drop In Memberships

Unlimited memberships provide unlimited access to the facility for a specific period of time per visit.
Drop In members pay a small monthly fee & purchase individual timed sessions as they go.

Unlimited Sauna + Cold Plunge

[ 45 min Access ]

45 minutes of unlimited access to our facility. Guests are requested to arrive 5 minutes prior to their appointment and use their smart phone member app to gain access to the facility. Sauna & Cold Plunge members are invited to use our main locker area to prepare for their session. We provide sandals, towels, and reverse osmosis filtered water. Additional amenities include hair dryers, toiletries, and the opportunity to add on select products chosen to enhance your experience.
Guests are free to move between our dry sauna, our steam shower, and our cold immersion experiences, and will have access to one of the two showers in our facility. Since our facility is designed to offer express access, it is requested that appointment times and lengths are closely adhered to.

A membership for those who would like to add cold water immersion to their schedule. This membership offers 15 minute access to the Cold Plunge area of our facility which hosts a 45 degree cold plunge immersion pool, an Ice Tank filled with a slushy ice water mix, as well as a changing room and private shower.
